Lesson 1: Proper Environment and Clothing for Meditation

Tana will discuss proper dress for meditating, and how you can meditate in different envionments or settings - no matter where you are!


Lesson 2: Meditation Postures And Poses

Tana will teach you several different postures and poses you can use when meditating. He will also discuss proper spine alignment, body

posture, placement of the hands, head and back. Whether the posture you choose has you sitting, standing, or lying down, you will learn the

correct way to position your body for each of the postures and poses.


Lesson 3: Correct Breathing Techniques

Proper breathing is one of the most essential parts of meditation. Tana will teach you how to breathe in the correct manner. He will also teach you how you can use your breathing to clear your mind, and stay in the present. Everything you need to know about proper breathing is discussed here.


Lesson 4:The Power Of Mantras

Tana will teach you all about mantras. Mantras are ancient, powerful, sacred sounds, that you can use when meditating! He will discuss what

a mantras are, and how to use them. He will teach you several different mantras you can use. He will also teach you how to pronounce

each mantra correctly. Most people find mantras to be a fascinating subject!


Lesson 5: Balancing Your Aura With Meditation

This lesson discusses your aura and how meditation can positively affect it. You will learn all about the human aura, along with what the colors in your aura means. You will also a learn how to work with different colors to positively change your auric vibration. You will be able to use this information to alleviate depression, sadness, fear, compulsive thinking, or any other negative emotion from your life!


Lesson 6: How To Balance Your Chakras With Meditation

In this lesson, you will learn all about the major chakras. You will learn what they are, what each one does and where each chakra is located. This lesson shows you how to determine if any of your chakras are shut down or imbalanced. You will learn how to use meditation to properly balance and align your chakras.


Lesson 7: The Mystical Mudhras

Mudras are an ancient hand-formation techniques that direct the universal flow of energy through your body when you meditate. They can help to cure ailments in the body because of their power. which meditation heals your body.


Lesson 9: Ending Your Meditation Gently

Tana will teach you how to correctly end your meditation. Coming out of your meditation properly will have an affect on how you feel for the

rest of your day.


Lesson 10: Meditation Tools

In this final section of the course, you are provided with some very helpful meditation tools, which you can use. These tools were designed to enhance your meditation experience.
