Hi, I just joined and I really need some help.
For a long time now I have been hearing my name being called or me doing dishes and every piece I put in the rack made a noise, I thought I was losing it.
But now it’s gone crazy. I always get asked by spirit to help them.i dont get messages just asked for help and ofcourse I help them to the light the only thing is they talk via the vibration of my breathing. I have even recordings of it. The last couple months when I wake up and hear a conversation going on between spirits and I will say hello. Then they ask ,who was that .but worse of all from 3am onwards I get told to get up and get up now and when I ask why they always reply with I dont know.plz tell me what is going on and what do I need to do
