No one is exempt from loneliness every now and then. The more it’s hidden, the more it grows. Cope with it by talking to trusted people about it and accept that it’s a part of life.

There is nothing wrong with being lonely unless you let it take control of you. Find your happy place and dwell on it.

Loneliness may be inevitable but it’s up to you if you let it consume you. Determine ways that make you come alive; let it be nature, music, food, etc.
