The psychic energy today is about being anxious. You should not be worried about the past, nor be anxious about the future. Being anxious is an addiction that interferes with compassion. People with discernment deal only with the present moment and let tomorrow take care of itself.

To conquer the anxiety of life, you have to live in the moment. Do not sweat the small stuff.

Being anxious is like seating in a rocking chair, it gives you something to do, but it does not get you far. Anxiety does not empty tomorrow’s sorrow; it only empties today’s strength.
