The way to deal with this energy is to just get very clear about what you need to say, and have that conversation. Decide the most important thing you need to say and to whom, and plan for it.

Start with the one person who is violating your boundaries most or disrespecting you and it needs to stop. This will empower you and help you gain confidence in the future.
