- Visualize these white orbs going spreading throughout the person’s body.
- Visualize how your healing energy is helping the receiver. For example, if the person has a heart problem, imagine your energy filling the receiver’s heart and making it stronger.
- When you are finished, take 3 deep breaths.
- Then stand up, stretch your limbs, and fill your thoughts with calmness, love, and certainty, knowing the healing energy you sent has already been received.
