The psychic energy today is going to be narcissistic. Today the dominating feeling is “all about me”. People tend to think too much about themselves and become self-centered.

Narcissistic people usually gets defensive or mad when you talk about the difficulties you are having. They don’t want to hear your viewpoint, and what matters to them is only what they think.

There will always be someone in our lives with this kind of personality but knowing how to deal with them will make the relationship a whole lot easier.

They have the ability to drain your energy, make you doubt your own integrity, and destroy your self-confidence, if you don’t know how to deal with them.

Know your self-worth. This can make it much easier to reject any unfair criticism that a narcissistic could put on you.
