The psychic energy today is going to focus on struggling with colleagues. Due to the prevailing energy, you might find it hard to appreciate the difference between you and your colleagues. You may also have a conflict with one of your colleagues that is affecting your work.

The way to deal with energy is to understand that great teams are made up of people with different personalities, skills, strengths, and experiences. If you want those differences to be a source of celebration rather than conflict, be aware of your own limitations and appreciate what you can gain and learn from others.

You can also deal with conflicts by first calming down. Take time to listen and understand their point of view and be clear when you explain yours.

You can’t change the world alone – you will need some help – and to truly get from your starting point to your destination takes friends, colleagues, the goodwill of strangers, and a strong leader to guide them.
