The psychic energy today is going to be supportive of being reflective. Many of your daily actions may have already become routine, with not much thought being given to them.

However, today, you could be more reflective than usual, because of this day’s prevailing psychic energy. While there is ordinarily no harm in being inwardly thoughtful, and evaluating one’s actions, there is also the risk of over-thinking to consider.

Do your best to avoid getting trapped in circular thoughts, especially those that obviously result in negative feelings for you, such as self-blaming, even when doing so is not reasonable.
