The psychic energy today is going to focus on struggling with expressing anger. Due to the prevailing energy, you may find it hard to contain your anger. You might lash out on people when you feel that they did you wrong. You may also express anger to other people without knowing it.

The way to deal with this energy is to first contemplate what you are angry about. Know your struggles within yourself and other people. Express your anger in a productive way. Exercise, sing out loud and write about it. Then you can calmly talk to the person you are angry with or can face the problem without being clouded by anger.

Temper’s the one thing you can’t get rid of, by losing it.
