A project that you may be working on could be at risk of not being finished because of this argument. You may have creative differences that are causing you to clash on ideas.

The way to deal with this energy is to first find common ground – no matter how abstract it is. Be in agreement with something, like the mutual understanding that both of you want to finish the project. Also, have an open mind so you can find common ground. This will diffuse the argument.
