The way to deal with this energy is to talk to your partner about what you are feeling and coming up with solutions to spend more time together.

Give priority to your relationship apart from other responsibilities. You are also both responsible for strengthening your relationship. Also, date night is not a thing of the past.  So, if you can have a date night once a week or every fortnight.
