The psychic energy today is going to focus on struggling with loneliness. Due to the prevailing energy, you may find it difficult to deal with the loneliness in your heart.  You may find it hard to deal with the disconnect you feel from the people around you.

The way to deal with this energy is to understand that people will feel lonely at times. Loneliness is not a disease but a tool that your soul uses to remind you that being isolated is not good for your spiritual health.

But in order to achieve this, you also need to realize that curing loneliness first starts with loving yourself.  Look into yourself and reflect to find the source of your loneliness.
