The psychic energy today is going to focus on struggling with expressing anger.  Due to the prevailing energy, you will find it difficult to control your emotions, thoughts, and actions when you are angry. As anger sometimes gets the best of us, you may feel that you have been pushed to your limits and there is no other choice but to express your anger.

The way to deal with this energy is to first know the good side of anger. Anger is good for you because it allows you to release your pent up stress about a situation or painful event in your life. Given that it is expressed in a healthy way.

If you are angry with someone. First, take a deep breath, rate your anger, if you think that it is too high of a level for you to make any logical decisions, take it down a few notches.

Next, is to understand the root of your anger. Once you understand why you are angry, and you have taken it down a level or two, you’ll be able to make a constructive remark to say to your partner about how a certain situation or action has affected you negatively, and this will lead to better communication.

“Forget what hurt you in the past, but never forget what it taught you. However, if it taught you to hold onto grudges, seek revenge, not forgive, or show compassion, to categorize people as good or bad, or to distrust and be guarded with your feelings, then you didn’t learn a thing.

The Universe doesn’t bring you lessons to close your heart. It brings you lessons to open it, by developing compassion, learning to listen, seeking to understand, instead of speculating, practicing empathy, and developing conflict resolution through communication.
