What Is Clairvoyance?
What is clairvoyance is a common question people often ask me, because it’s a word people commonly hear!
What Is Clairvoyance?
It comes from a French word, “clair” meaning clear, and “voyance” meaning seeing. So the word is translated to mean clear seeing.
Clairvoyance is a psychic ability where the psychic sees visions in his or her head. These visions are prophetic in nature, meaning the visions the psychic sees come to pass.
When a psychic has clairvoyant visions, they see things that are going to happen in the future in “vision form”. The psychic will then describe, interpret, and translate the visions they are seeing.
Famous Clairvoyant Psychic Predictions
Nostradamus (14 or 21 December 1503 – 2 July 1566) was a famous psychic who had several clairvoyant visions that came to pass, and are still coming true, even today! He wrote all of his psychic predictions down in a poetic for, using words, names, and descriptions that were uncannily accurate!
My Prediction Of The Oklahoma City Bombing
When I predicted the Oklahoma City bombing on a live radio show, 90 minutes before it happened, I had a clairvoyant vision about it a few months before.
It was in a dream, and I saw the whole event happen very clearly! In my dream, I could see it happening as if I was actually there watching it happen! This was why I was able to describe the event in such detail on a live radio broadcast, 90 minutes before it happened, because in that dream, I had already seen it happen months before it actually did!
When I do a psychic reading for a client, the way I like to describe clairvoyant ability is “it is like having eyes inside of my head that can see “dream-like” psychic visions before they occur!”
A Psychic Development Technique For Clairvoyance
I would like to teach you an exercise that you can use to start working to develop your clairvoyant ability, and with practice, you will be surprised how you start noticing yourself having more of these visions!
1. Sit in a comfortable position with your eyes closed.
2. Make sure your feet are flat on the ground.
3. Place your hands in your lap, palms up.
4. In your mind, silently tell the universe that you would like
to open yourself up too receiving psychic visions.
5. Now sit there for 5 minutes, observing any colors, pictures,
or movie-like scenes that occur in your mind.
6. Practice this everyday, increasing the time to 10 minutes a day
after two weeks.
When you try this technique, don’t “try” to see things, just let it happen naturally. You are going to find that with practice and patience, that you will eventually develop the ability to see clear psychic visions with your mind’s eye.
So hopefully this article has helped you have a clearer understanding of what is clairvoyance. Now that you know what is clairvoyance, you can work to develop it even more, and understand what the word it means the next time you hear it.
Dear Tana,
I enjoy your posts, blogs and emails. Very informative! Keep them coming. Also, you have read for me several times but what I’d like to comment on is your article I just read and yes, I’ve had this happen to me more than once with people I don’t know (only through the media) and others I have met and known or seen in a dream. So, after this last individual and my visions, I’m very careful not to let that happen again. I feel like I knew it was going to happen and a few weeks later it did. You and I touched on this a little during one of my readings. Thanks for listening.

I feel silly writing this but i feel things off people vibes or something mostly all bad, i watched a man on a bus cooing at a toddler while everyone smiled at this nice old man and the baby all smiles i knew something was very wrong with him in not a nice way i thought everyone would see what i was seein bit when i looked round there was no concerned faces i pushed my thoughts aside but i KNOW his thoughts were un pure if u like? i hope im wrong i dont tend to dream events are going to happen but i know when they have, a few details are hazy but the event has been like knowing five fires were a blaze when i had no acess to the information yet on the news the following night six acts of arsen had been committed im scared about “it” but im even more scared of talking about for fear of being slandered or judged, am i mentally ill?
